Our company is realizing high quality painting from photos provided by customer. We are looking for a web design & developer company to realize our web site.
Our website will have to offer the following functionalities :
- Presentation of Why to Choose us / Our Painting / Our service plus/ Testimonials Customers/ Question and Answer / Contacts us/Quality Charter/Our Pricing Policy/Our Purchase Condition. Please refer to excel document to understand better our needs.
- Customer will have to be able to select the type of painting is required, select different options ( frame or not, express shipment …), get the price, upload his photo, write comments and pay on line. ( 2 payments to be done : 35 % at start of the job, remaining before shipment ).
- Offer an tracking/interactive area where we and the customer will communicate together ( modification to be done on painting, request of final payment, estimated date of delivery,…). This tracking will be secured by a password.
We are looking for a web design & developer company to perform the following tasks :
Logo Design and Graphic Chart :
The company selected will have to propose different logos which reflects the image of the company. The company selected will provide all template for letter, envelop…. They will have also to define the graphic chart for the website which includes an unique graphic of homepage, sub-pages and all interactive parts (alert emails etc.)
Website Design & Development :
The company selected first will have to propose first a vision document, database schema before to launch any website development activities.
Website Maintenance :
The company will have to develop the website in order that the owner can fully maintain their website by themselves.
Multi-Language :
The website will have to propose a spanish, german, Czech and English version.
SEO Services :
The company selected will have to commit that our website will be part of the 5 top ranking in each search engine Google!, Yahoo!, MSN, Altavista, Alexa and other top search engines.
The company will also create linkbuilding campaign, keyword analysis and set up of metric tools.
Development software :
The site will be developed according the recommendation of W3C using XHTML / CSS.
Website will have to be accessible through all internet browser existing at the time of the contract ( Explorer, firefox…)
Accessibility and Performance :
Performance using GTmetrix will be grade B minimum for Yslow and Page Speed grade.
